Delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to carrier performance, weather, holidays, and customs processing (for international orders).

Production Processing

  • Standard Time: 3 - 5 business days.
  • Peak Season: During holidays (e.g., Christmas, Father's Day), please allow an extra 2-3 business days as our workshop gets busy.
  • Order Changes: If you need to change an address or personalization detail, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Shipping Estimates

  • USA (Domestic): 7 - 14 business days after production.
  • International: 10 - 20 business days after production (may vary by destination and customs).

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and service availability. We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE SHIPPING: On all U.S. orders over $79.
  • Under $79: Flat or calculated rates based on destination/weight, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
  • Expedited options: If available, expedited shipping rates will be shown at checkout.

Taxes, duties, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping price.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking after the first scan.

If you do not see the email, please check your spam/promotions folder or contact us and we will help.

Delayed Shipments

  • In-transit delays: Carriers may experience delays due to weather, peak volume, or operational issues.
  • When to contact us: If tracking has not updated for 7+ days, email us with your order number and tracking link.
  • What we do: We will assist by contacting the carrier and helping you understand next steps. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivered but Not Received

  • First steps: Check around your property, with neighbors, and with building management/front desk.
  • Contact the carrier: Ask for delivery confirmation details (GPS/photo when available).
  • Then contact us: Email us your order number and any carrier details. We will assist with the investigation.

If tracking shows “Delivered,” we can assist with carrier investigation, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. FitMyVibe cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Returned packages may require re-shipping fees to be sent again.

International orders: Delivery estimates do not include customs processing time. Customs may require additional information and may cause delays. Any duties/taxes/fees charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.
